Come along to our

Women’s Support Group

Our groups offer a safe, relaxed & confidential space for women to meet and support one another. The atmosphere is informal & whilst we gently encourage members to talk – there is no pressure. Some people find it comforting to just be amongst others who are on a Mental Health journey.

The groups are offered on a ‘drop in’ basis & we provide refreshments. Each group is run by a facilitator. Our facilitators are not Mental Health professionals; but bring their own experiences as well as patience & empathy. Some facilitators are trained in Mental Health First Aid.

The groups are completely confidential & we ask all members to refrain from discussing details of the group BEYOND the group.

We are looking at new venues for groups, and hope to have other locations established by the end of 2020.

If you’d like anymore info on the groups, or would like to attend, please get in touch.
Please see our Facebook page for up to date info on our groups.
